The biggest consideration for rendering is whether you have intentions of using in video/film applications, where 24bit/96kHz is industry standard (for now). WebTechnically you should dither whenever you reduce the bit depth. So if your DAW is working at 32bit float and you make a 24bit export, do dither it. My advice: either load Ozone into Ableton and don't worry about it ... Or do a 32bit float export and load that into Ozone.
