We had a tent site and ny in laws had an RV hookup. The site is generally quiet, and the bathrooms are kept relatively clean. Although the lone urinal overflowed I'd you flushed it. Most of the sights are fairly large pull throughs or back- ins with black top and stone. We had no problem leveling our 5th wheel. Our spot was a back-in on the creek and we were parked next to a 5th wheel approximately the size of yours (we looked like it's guest quarters!).
